Please, let the entry clerk know if any changes need to be made.
This is NOT to be considered an Official Entry Confirmation.

Your Official Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your entry. If you do not wish it to be sent by e-mail it can be mailed (USPS) or faxed. If it is to be faxed you must provide a current fax number. If the confirmation is to be sent by "snail mail", by fax or to an alternate e-mail address, you must let the entry clerk know your preference.

If you do not receive an Official Entry Confirmation, you must contact the entry clerks to be sure you are entered in the show.

REMEMBER - Addendums to the catalog because of non-receipt of e-mailed entries are not allowed.
