Show Rules and Additional Information
CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Copies of the current show rules can be obtained from CFA, 1805 Atlantic Ave., P.O. Box 1105, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005 for $5.00. All registered entries will be scored for CFA Regional and National Awards.
Show Hall is climate controlled. Concessions will be available. Show Hall is handicapped accessible. There is plenty of free, convenient parking. Each entry must be accompanied by a signed entry form. All fees must accompany entry. No post dated checks will be accepted. Please make checks payable to Mid South Cat Fanciers, Inc. After making a faxed entry or e-mailed entry, payment needs to be mailed immediately. There is no charge for faxed entries or e-mailed entries. There will be no refund for failure to bench.
Benching requests made at time of entry will be honored when possible. There is *no charge* for end of row benching for the handicapped. No veterinary inspection will be held prior to benching. All entries should be vaccinated against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and be tested negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus. Your cat's claws must be clipped. No declawed entries can be shown, per CFA rules. No kitten under the age of four months will be permitted in the show hall. All entries should be free of fleas, fungus and ear mites. Cats who are not bathed prior to the show well be asked to leave. Cages are approximately 24"x24"x24". Litter will be provided.
Liability: Reasonable care of cats and other property will be provided; however, neither Mid South Cat Fanciers, Inc. nor the Mid South Fairgrounds will be liable for any loss or damage to a cat, exhibitor, or their personal property. No cats may be left in the show hall overnight.
