The map above shows the 78A exit off I70 which is where you will turn South on Missouri Hwy 65 to go to Sedalia. It is about 20 miles from this intersection to the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
The map above shows the placement of the Show Hotel, the intersection of Missouri Hwy 50 and Hwy 65 and the Agriculture Building of the Missouri State Fairgrounds, which is the Show Hall.It is approximately 2 miles from the Intersection of Hwy 50 and Hwy 65 to the Super 8 Motel which is on the North side of Hwy 50, near the intersection with Westwood Dr.
To get to the Show Hall (Ag. Building), coming from the North, take Hwy 65 straight through the Hwy 50 intersection and continue a fairly short distance to West 16th Street. Turn Right on W 16th St. to the Main Gate (Gate 2) of the Fairgrounds. Turn Left into the Fairgrounds at this Gate and bear to the Right following the road which I believe is labeled "State Fair Boulvard" until you come to the Agriculture Building, on your Right.

When you get to the Show Hall please go into the South Entrance to the building. There is street parking there as well as accross the street on the East side of the building and at the back (West Side) of the building. I don't think there will be much else going on at this time so any place that looks like a legal parking place near the building is OK to park in. We will try to leave a few spaces near that South Entrance where you can stop to unload.
Please. do not block the East Entrance to the building as it is for Spectators.
