will be from 7:30-8:30 a.m. CDT
Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and run until 5:00 p.m.
or until end of finals.
All entries are expected to remain in the show hall
during the advertised hours of 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. |

Entry (w/catalog) $40.00;
Second Entry $35.00;
Third Entry and Additional Entries $30.00;
Household Pets/AOV (CFA Registration Required) Entries $25.00.
Fees must accompany mailed entry. U.S. Funds Only. Make check or money order
payable to Titletown Cat Fanciers. Canadian Exhibitors please send a money
order. $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. The entry clerk reserves
the right to call collect about any entry requiring clarification. No post
dated checks. Signature must be waived for express mail. No refunds. One
benching request per entry please. |

BEST WESTERN MIDWAY HOTEL- (about 5 minutes from the show hall), 780 Packer
Drive, Green Bay, 920-499-3161 or 800-528-1234 (Refer to Group Code #5957),Show
Rate for 1-2 People $78 plus tax (includes breakfast). They have a pool,
whirlpool, sauna, restaurant, are within walking distance of the Green Bay
Packer Hall of Fame and have a free shuttle service available to/from the
airport.
DAYS INN- CITY CENTRE (about 5-10 minutes from the show hall) 406 North
Washington Street, Green Bay, 920-435-4484. Show Rate: $60.00 plus tax.
They have a pool, free airport shuttle service and Port Plaza Mall is located
outside the hotel's main entrance. Mention Titletown Cat Fanciers. Blocks
of rooms have been set aside for our show until 4/25/01 so book your room
early. These hotels do not typically make themselves available
to people with pets so please show consideration during your stay so they
will make themselves available to us in the future. Thank you very much. |
| RULES:
|
This
is a CFA licensed show. CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. Show rules
may be obtained by sending $4.00 to CFA, 1805 Atlanta Ave., P.O. Box 1005,
Manasquan, NJ, 08736-1105. All entries must be registered with CFA, except
for kittens and household pets. CFA Show Rules prohibit clubs from accepting
entries over 8 months old without a registration number. |
| REQUIREMENTS:
|
All
cats must be brought in a carrier. Any HHP cats must be spayed or neutered.
No veterinarian inspection prior to benching is required. No declawed cats
allowed. Household pets over 8 months must be spayed or neutered. No kittens
under 4 months will be allowed in the show hall. Exhibitors must have litter
registration available in the show hall to verify age of kittens. Cats and
kittens not entered in the show, or in prearranged sales cages, will not
be permitted in the show hall. This is a non-vetted show. All cats and kittens
should be inoculated against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici
viruses, rabies, and tested for FeLV. All cats must be free of fungus, fleas,
ear mites, and any contagious illness within 21 days prior to the show.
The show committee reserves the right to remove any cat from the show hall
if suspected of having any of the above until a licensed veterinarian can
pass on the health of the cat. This is done at the exhibitor's expense.
All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. |
| SUPPLIES: |
Litter
will be provided. Please bring your own food, dishes, and litter pans for
your cats. A single cage is provided for each entry. Cage size is 22 x 22
x 22 inches (single/included with entry). Bring curtain or towels to hang
on the inside, top and bottom of the cage. |
| AWARDS:
|
All
Championship, Premiership, and registered Kittens entries are scored for
CFA National and Regional awards. Registration numbers for Cats and Kittens
must be printed in the Show Catalog to be scored. Ribbons and Rosettes will
be awarded according to CFA Show Rules. |
| CONFIRMATIONS: |
Confirmation
of entry(s) will be sent to the exhibitor after receipt by the Entry Clerk.
Check the confirmation carefully and notify the Entry Clerk
of any errors. A map and hotel information will be sent with the
confirmation. |
| ADVERTISING: |
All
ads must be camera ready and received by the entry clerk no later than 5/11/2000.
Cost: Full Page $30; half page $20; and quarter page $15. Inside front cover
$45. Business Cards $10. |
| NOTICE: |
Titletown
Cat Fanciers will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors.
Neither the club, its members, or Franklin Middle School will be liable
for any loss or damage. All cats and personal items must be removed from
the show hall at the close of show Saturday night. Titletown Cat Fanciers
reserves the right to add judges not named in the premium list to judge
non-championship and non-premiership classes. Show management will ask anyone
with misbehaving or disruptive children to leave the show hall. |
| TRANSPORTATION:
|
If
you will be flying in to Austin Straubel Airport and need transportation
to the show please contact one of the show managers. We are a very small
club and will do our best to accommodate you. |
